In addition to his professional experience, Mark draws insights from a semi-professional sporting career to help organisations create high-performance environments where individuals and teams can thrive.
Mark holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from the University of South Australia, and outside of his professional pursuits, he is a husband, a father-of-two, a fitness enthusiast, volunteer surf lifesaver and lead guitarist of Adelaide based cover band, The B-Sharps.

Formerly Provost and Chief Academic Officer at the University of South Australia, Allan spearheaded major initiatives including UniSA Online, large‑scale restructures, and system improvements to strengthen accountability in recruitment, teaching, and research. He has a strong track record of partnering on innovation projects, founding and securing investment for new ventures, and serving as a director of CPR Pharma Pty Ltd, Australasia’s largest pharmaceutical CRO.
Allan is also a dedicated mentor and coach, supporting emerging leaders to drive positive cultural and performance change.
