 Mark is the Founder, Managing Director & Principal Consultant at Evolve and is deeply passionate about helping people, teams, and organisations define, pursue and achieve their ambitions. It is this passion that has lead to, and been ingrained in, the founding DNA of Evolve. 

Prior to launching Evolve, Mark enjoyed a decade-long tenure in big-four consulting, where he built deep expertise in Evolve's core service offerings, across a range of sectors.

In addition to his professional experience, Mark draws insights from a semi-professional sporting career to help organisations create high-performance environments where individuals and teams can thrive. 

Mark holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from the University of South Australia, and outside of his professional pursuits, he is a husband, a father-of-two, a fitness enthusiast, volunteer surf lifesaver and lead guitarist of Adelaide based cover band, The B-Sharps.

Emeritus Professor Allan Evans is an accomplished administrator, academic leader, company director, and industry consultant. 

As Senior Advisor at Evolve, he brings expertise in executive leadership, transformation, new business development, and the education, health, and pharmaceutical sectors. 

Formerly Provost and Chief Academic Officer at the University of South Australia, Allan spearheaded major initiatives including UniSA Online, large‑scale restructures, and system improvements to strengthen accountability in recruitment, teaching, and research. He has a strong track record of partnering on innovation projects, founding and securing investment for new ventures, and serving as a director of CPR Pharma Pty Ltd, Australasia’s largest pharmaceutical CRO. 

Allan is also a dedicated mentor and coach, supporting emerging leaders to drive positive cultural and performance change.

 Tom is a seasoned leader with over 15 years of experience building and leading high-performing teams in high-pressure environments. His leadership style is grounded in resilience, empathy and a deep commitment to driving growth, culture and sustainable performance.

As captain of the Port Adelaide Football Club for five years, Tom led his team through the challenges of the COVID-era with a relationship-driven, process-focused approach. Under his leadership, the team embraced discomfort, built trust and achieved success by focusing on connection and accountability.

Since retiring from professional sport in 2023, Tom has partnered with teams and organisations across sport, corporate, and education sectors to support their ambitions in leadership, culture development and high performance. His facilitation style is known for being safe, relatable and tailored to each team’s unique context.

Tom holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Adelaide. Outside of work, Tom enjoys fishing, skiing, camping and spending time outdoors with his young family and mates.

Brad is a driven, compassionate, and people‑focused leader who thrives on challenges and the pursuit of excellence. 

As an Associate at Evolve, Brad shares deep expertise in culture, leadership, high performance and the professional sporting sector.

Over two decades in the AFL system, Brad earned recognition as a trusted leader, teammate, coach, and mentor, consistently leading by example and inspiring growth in others. A former player with more than 250 games for West Coast and Port Adelaide, he was admired for his courage, determination, and work ethic. 

Now Head of Development at Carlton, Brad applies the lessons of his career to help others achieve their ambitions. 

Brad holds a Bachelor of Sports Science and an MBA from the University of South Australia, is Managing Director of Hey Diddle Wines, and a proud husband and father of three boys.

Steve is a seasoned strategist and visionary leader with four decades of experience in the agricultural sector, advancing Australian excellence through education, research, industry, and commercial development. 

As Strategic Advisor at Evolve, Steve shares his deep expertise in business and R&D strategy, governance, change management, leadership, and agriculture. Steve has held senior roles in government and academia, was founding CEO of Australian Grain Technologies Pty Ltd (AGT), Australia’s leading plant breeding company, and later transformed the Grains Research and Development Corporation (GRDC) as Managing Director. 

Awarded Member of the Order of Australia in 2016 for his contribution to agriculture, Steve now Consults to various industries and serves as Chairman of Rice Breeding Australia Ltd and Non‑Executive Director of the Australian Pesticides and Veterinary Medicines Authority. 

Passionate about purpose‑driven organisations and the power of people, he continues to mentor and support emerging leaders to drive positive change.

Ashleigh brings over a decade of corporate experience in journalism, marketing, and communications, where she has built a career defined by connection and impact across media outlets and corporate environments.

As Operations and Marketing Lead at Evolve, Ashleigh combines her communication expertise with strong organisational skills to support the key areas of business growth and development. 

Ashleigh helps drive marketing efforts, playing a key role in developing engaging content and resources, and ensuring the team has the tools and resources needed to help others achieve high performance.

Outside of work, Ashleigh is a proud mum of two busy toddlers, a lover of the outdoors (especially the coastline), and someone who recharges by staying active and spending time with loved ones.
