Service: Leadership Development Industry: Major Event Planni

Situation

Evolve is currently working with a multidisciplinary engineering advisory and project delivery company to facilitate the organisation’s first corporate leadership development programs. As the organisation continued to grow, its leaders identified the need to invest in targeted leadership development for both current and emerging leaders.  

Approach

We designed and are currently delivering a bespoke leadership program aligned to the company's needs and leadership maturity. This has included:​

  • Structuring the program around Evolve’s leadership development point of view, with core modules on: leading self, leading others, leading high‑performing teams and sustainable leadership. ​
  • Delivering the program through a blended model of face‑to‑face, virtual, and hybrid sessions to maximise participation across geographically dispersed teams and manage delivery costs.​
  • Building in practical application between sessions, with participants completing targeted reflection activities and sharing progress at the start of each workshop.​
  • Ensuring each session combined theory, tools, and real‑world application relevant to the operating environment.

Key Outcomes

 Together, we continue to build stronger leadership foundations across the organisation, demonstrated through:​

  • A tailored leadership development program that met the needs of both current and emerging leaders.​
  • Increasing leadership capability through structured learning, practical tools, and guided reflection.​
  • Individual leadership goals which strengthened their personal leadership foundations.​
  • A shared understanding across cohorts of the behaviours, practices, and expectations of effective leadership at the organisation.
